The Top 5 Reasons For Attending
The RVT Workshop;
1. As a contractor you will be
required to post a damage deposit of, on average, $1000.00. This deposit can
be made in one lump sum or deducted from future trips. Should damage occur,
your deposit could go toward repair of the damaged unit and an additional
deposit would be required. The RVT
Workshop will show you ways to protect yourself from losing your deposit in
most cases.
2. Many transporters lose thousands of dollars by not choosing the
right loads. Just because one load pays more than another doesn't make it
the best load. Your RVT Workshop
consultant will show you how to pick the loads that will prove to be the
most profitable.
3. What equipment should I buy? How much should I spend?
We encourage our clients not to purchase anything
until after attending the RVT Workshop. We go over each item you will need
individually to insure that you will purchase only the equipment you need.
Additionally you will be provided the names and locations of dealers where
you can possibly save the most money.
4. Many transport companies don't actively seek re-loads for their
contractors, leaving them to find their own re-loads or return empty.
You will be shown how to find your own re-loads as
well as how to properly bid on them during your RVT Workshop.
5. I have heard I'll be required to keep a log book just like a big
truck. I don't have a clue! During your
RVT Workshop you'll learn the basics of keeping a log book. You will
actually take a hypothetical trip in order to gain experience on completing
a log. Invaluable to the new transporter as they will avoid being stuck at a
truckstop hoping to figure it out.
The RVT Workshop will show
you how to be profitable!
